Her scholarly work focuses on marketing communication, digital transformation, e-commerce, and customer relationship management in the digital environment. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D., with a research focus on willingness-to-pay behavior in the context of digitalization. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights, she actively contributes to bridging the gap between academic research and real-world business needs.
